What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can manage Linux GPU/NVIDIA clusters, troubleshoot and train users, and apply AI/data science—especially in medical imaging—to deliver reliable systems and actionable insights.

I work as a Linux GPU NVIDIA Cluster Administrator at Brunel University London, supporting masters students and staff with account management, software installation, and system configuration. I diagnose and resolve technical issues and provide Linux training while keeping up with regular team meetings.

Earlier, I completed an internship as a Data Scientist at Insight Research Centre for Data Analytics (UCD), where I handled data collection, cleaning and pre-processing, exploratory data analysis, statistical analysis, and data visualization for interactive dashboards.

My Ph.D. in Computer Science (AI and Data Science in Medical Imaging) drives my focus on practical AI—validated by winning the RETOUCH grand challenge for retinal OCT image segmentation, classification, and detection, and earning 2nd place at FeTA 2022 with Team: BlueBrune. I bring a strong full-stack/AI toolset across Linux, databases, visualization, and deep learning models.
