I am a dedicated Quality and Operations professional with 20 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing, process optimization, supplier quality, and production management within high-volume aluminium foundry environments. I have led daily melting operations, metallurgy labs and shop-floor process control, achieving measurable gains such as reducing melt loss from 11.2% to 4.8%, cutting specific energy consumption by 18.6%, and maintaining first-pass yields above 94% while supervising teams of 15–40 operators.

I bring expertise in Non-Ferrous alloy making, microstructure examination, spectrometer and hardness testing, and a strong command of continuous improvement methodologies (5S, Kaizen, PDCA, SPC, PFMEA, APQP/PPAP). I am ISO 9001:2015 & IATF 16949 internal auditor trained and seek to apply my experience to drive operational excellence, sustainability, and cost leadership in a progressive production, quality, or operations role.
