I’m a Client Operations Specialist who has successfully applied IT knowledge at Insight Direct Philippines, LLC to support management, account executives, and clients. I focus on consistent, high-quality support that helps drive growth for the company.

In my role, I support premium clients by assisting with quoting, ordering, analyzing hardware and software specifications, managing accounts, and handling mailbox and call management. I also process part requests, generate reports, ensure order fulfillment, and carry out pre-sales, order management, and post-sales support activities—covering account pre-qualification, product pricing, research, configuration, and product information.

I deliver outstanding customer service while overseeing sales processes for a designated team of Account Executives. I’ve also trained and coached newly hired staff in our systems and business procedures to help them ramp up effectively.

I’m recognized as a Top Performer multiple times for Q2 and Q3 2024, and again for Q1 and Q2 2025, reflecting my commitment to strong execution in client operations and pre-sales support.
