What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an EdTech/customer success role where I can design learning experiences, partner closely with stakeholders, and use data-driven tracking to improve learner outcomes through strong onboarding and feedback.

I’m a Learning & Development Specialist with an EdTech background, combining program and instructional design with hands-on customer success and stakeholder collaboration. I focus on translating learning frameworks into clear experiences for learners and parents.

In my current operations role, I manage direct communication with parents, onboarding them into learning frameworks, and leading day-to-day processes. I also build effective team culture while handling high-touch feedback to keep learning moving smoothly.

Across my teaching and training experience, I developed bilingual learning modules and evaluated learner progress using data-driven tracking tools. I facilitated interactive learning sessions and trained parents on early learning strategies, home implementation techniques, and child development milestones.

My education strengthens my approach to learning and management—ranging from Program Operations and Instructional Design to stakeholder management and program strategy. I bring a continuous-improvement mindset, using collaboration and feedback to refine instruction and support better outcomes.
