I've led product strategy, UX architecture, and systems design for independent products through Fringe Polaris LLC, including CleanStatement and Pocket Terra. I take products from concept through launch.
At PTC, I spearheaded the first front-end redesign of Creo, an enterprise CAD platform, in more than 15 years. My data-driven prototypes increased user satisfaction by 20%.
I also founded Helping Hand, a 501(c)(3) public charity, and launched handfed.org with ADA, Section 508, and WCAG 2.2 AA compliance. I bring accessible design, product strategy, and front-end systems thinking to work that serves real people.
