I’m a passionate leader with 15 years experience driving business through coaching, customer service and cosmetic artistry. I lead by example through artistry while coaching to brand loyalty and fantastic in-store experiences.
In my roles from Key Holder to Salon Manager and now Lead MAC Artist, I’ve built strong guest relationships by managing guest interaction, advising and resolving service issues, and tracking guest information. I also maintain safe, clean operations by complying with procedures, Loss Prevention & Risk education, and state regulations.
