I represent state interests in court proceedings connected to the functioning of the Automated Risk Assessment Criteria Monitoring System (RACMS), and I handle appeals against State Tax Service decisions and actions. I provide operational and information support for claims and litigation inside the tax authorities, grounded in careful legal analysis and aligned judicial practice research.

Previously, as an Advocate's Assistant, I drafted procedural documents and contracts across commercial and corporate law, working in professional legal English. I managed electronic registers and digital archives and conducted comprehensive legal research and case analysis, while keeping documentation organized for reporting and follow-up.

I’m comfortable using court technology and procedures end-to-end, including the Unified Judicial Information and Telecommunication System for electronic filing, review of case materials, and participation in remote hearings via videoconferencing. I also prepare statements of claim, appeal/cassation complaints, petitions, and objections, ensuring the reasoning and formatting meet procedural expectations.

My approach is detail-driven and deadline-focused: I prioritize effectively, maintain high accuracy across large volumes of regulations, and communicate positions clearly through business correspondence and negotiations. Outside law, I’ve supported Ukrainian refugees and built strong English practice through intensive immersion and teaching—so I bring both empathy and an ability to explain complex matters clearly.
