Maria Ventura

I am a self-motivated leasing and property management professional with hands-on experience navigating apartment leasing responsibilities and resident services. I most recently served as a Leasing Agent in Dallas (June 2023–June 2024) after running my own LLC focused on logistics and dispatching.

As a business owner since January 2019, I managed freight deliveries, shipment tracking, DOT/FMC compliance and created reliable transportation partnerships to support operations. My retail and customer-service background at Macy's and Loft sharpened my sales skills, delegation, and customer empathy. I also have early childhood teaching experience that strengthened my communication and community-building abilities.

I hold a Training Certificate and a High School Degree from Thomas Jefferson, Dallas, TX (1993), and I am bilingual in Spanish. I’m seeking a leasing office role where my leasing, logistics and customer-service skills can be fully utilized and aligned with Grace Hill’s vision to deliver excellent resident service.
