I seek a leadership role in operations or program management where I can apply military discipline, improve processes, ensure compliance, and develop teams.

I am an operations manager and Army veteran with over 10 years overseeing high-volume programs and teams, delivering consistent operational improvements and strong customer service.

In my current role as Central Operations Manager, I lead workflows for a large client population, enforce compliance and quality assurance, resolve escalations, and produce operational and financial reports to guide strategy.

Previously I served as a Case Manager and Facility & Operations Manager, managing complex caseloads, mediating conflicts, supervising staff, improving processes, and handling financial oversight to boost efficiency and service quality.

My military background as a Logistical Specialist sharpened my skills in supply chain coordination, training and leadership, documentation, and problem solving in high‑pressure environments.
