What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a clinical position where I can contribute to a collaborative team, provide quality patient care, and continue growing as a healthcare professional—using my patient-focused communication and dependable clinical workflow support.

I’m a motivated, bilingual Medical Assistant fluent in Spanish, bringing a patient-first mindset and strong communication habits into every shift. Before moving fully into clinical work, I supported providers as a Customer Service Representative by providing helpful information, building a good relationship with callers, and serving with patience, understanding, and organization.

As a Medical Assistant at Aura of Serenity Wellness, I assist with patient intake, medication refills, and coordination of follow-up care to ensure smooth clinical workflows and compassionate service delivery. I prepare treatment rooms and support procedures including vitamin injections, IV infusions, and aesthetic services, while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and professionalism. I also manage scheduling, patient education, and prior authorizations, with a focus on attention to detail and clear communication.

I’m continuing to strengthen my clinical skills through my Medical Assistant Certificate Program, covering front office skills, vital signs and charting, electrocardiograms, phlebotomy, dosage calculations, coding knowledge, and medical terminology. I hold NRCMA (expires 9/2025) and AHA/BLS (expires 7/2027), and I can administer basic urinalysis and strep tests, perform EKG electrode placement (within 90% accuracy), recognize cardiac rhythms, and accurately document patient history.
