What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a patient-focused medical team where I can use my phlebotomy and medical assisting skills, handle intake/insurance work, and stay compliant with documentation and CMS/clinical regulations while growing within healthcare.

I’m a bilingual Spanish/English Medical Assistant and Phlebotomist who enjoys fast-paced clinical environments and doing the details right—patient identification, consent, documentation, and accurate specimen handling.

In my current role, I support RPM & PCM programs by educating patients on benefits, obtaining consent, coordinating RPM onboarding and device distribution, and documenting enrollment and communications according to CMS guidelines.

I also bring hands-on clinical experience assisting physicians with interventive procedures, including patient prep (vitals, consent, positioning), supporting imaging with a c-arm, and patient assistance after procedures. I’m comfortable with prior authorization, insurance verification, scheduling, check-in/check-out, and patient intake.

Across Labcorp, Quest Diagnostics, and urgent care settings, I’ve performed phlebotomy and specimen processing (labeling, centrifuging, splitting, freezing), completed data entry and billing tasks, and maintained phlebotomy logs. I’m CPR/BLS certified and continue building my health care background through nursing education.
