At Geneva University Hospitals and the University of Geneva, I coordinate and participate in nutrition studies and randomized controlled trials on musculoskeletal and cardiometabolic health. I lead study conception, grant preparation, ethics submissions and project implementation.
My research examines how nutrition affects bone health, including time-restricted eating, calcium intake, dietary patterns and weight loss. I also analyze study data using Stata and SPSS and share findings through peer-reviewed publications, invited talks and scientific conferences.
At the University of Hull, I designed and conducted research on PCOS, diabetes and age-related conditions, and prepared ethics and grant applications. At the Medical University of Vienna, I designed and conducted preclinical studies.
I’ve also taught nutrition and dietetics at Anglia Ruskin University and Coventry University, preparing teaching materials and delivering lectures. My work brings together nutrition research, patient education and teaching.
