At Purdue University, I designed and refined mechanical CAD models for a robotic end-effector, using DFM and tooling design principles to support mechanical integration. I fabricated, assembled, and validated prototypes, and co-authored a systematic review of robot-tool coupling presented at ISARC 2026.
At TE CONNECTIVITY, I designed and validated a digital twin integrating UR3 robots, conveyors, sensors, and Siemens S7-1200 PLC control. I also integrated Python-based machine vision and control systems to evaluate equipment coordination, manufacturing efficiency, system performance, and operational safety.
