As a Communications Coordinator at the City Council of Santa Catarina, I have successfully planned and executed integrated communication strategies that have strengthened our institutional branding and significantly increased audience engagement. My role involves overseeing social media channels, where I develop content strategies, monitor performance metrics, and manage paid media campaigns. I am skilled in creating visual assets and campaigns that align with our strategic positioning, utilizing tools like Adobe and Figma to deliver clear, user-centered materials.

Previously, I served as a UX/UI Designer at Unimed Litoral, where I led the redesign of our institutional healthcare app to enhance the digital experience for beneficiaries. My responsibilities included conducting user research to identify usability issues and inform design decisions, as well as designing responsive wireframes and interactive prototypes. I collaborated closely with stakeholders to restructure information architecture and improve appointment scheduling visibility, while also developing motion graphics to support our healthcare communication efforts.

My journey began as a Creative Intern at Amazon Studios Brazil, where I contributed to the design and maintenance of an External Content Submission Portal. I prioritized accessibility and intuitive workflows for content creators, and my user and market research efforts provided valuable insights that shaped our content strategy and product enhancements across Latin America.
