I created a complete ICT curriculum for Grades 1–3, now used in classroom teaching, and prepared three accompanying student booklets. This work reflects my focus on applied technology curricula for programming and AI, teacher preparation, and school rollout.
At Progress Consult Academy, I designed company-wide training programs based on needs analysis and skills-gap assessment, and reviewed materials for accuracy and design quality. I also moved existing programs onto a customized digital platform during the COVID-19 response and managed delivery across multiple locations.
As Training Operations Manager, I led a five-person Technical Systems Team and measured training impact against KPIs. Earlier at Progress Consult Academy, I built the LMS team and created courses with exams, exercises, and curricula that met organizational requirements.
