What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a training and enablement role where I can create structured learning materials, deliver impactful sales training, build partnerships, and implement best practices that improve team performance and operational efficiency.

I'm currently developing hospitality talent at the University of Prince Mugrin, where I deliver structured learning in communication, leadership, customer service, and workplace readiness. I mentor graduation-project groups, supervise industry internships, and create competency-based assessments, simulations, case studies, and role-plays.

As Quality Assurance Chair and CBT Partnership Coordinator, I lead learning documentation, SOPs, quality reports, accreditation materials, and faculty-development guidance. I've also coordinated development programs and employer engagement with Red Sea Global, NEOM, Fakeeh, and international partners.

Previously, I instructed more than 600 diploma trainees in hospitality and management, led CPD and OJT programs, and received Best Performance recognition alongside four Certificates of Appreciation. At The Oxford Partnership, TOP, ITFC, I designed curricula aligned with occupational standards and delivered blended-learning workshops for over 400 diploma trainees.

My hospitality operations experience includes supporting the pre-opening of Saja Al-Madinah Hotel through SOP development, sales and marketing strategy, profit-protection planning, and government compliance coordination. I bring curriculum development, quality assurance, partnerships, and practical hospitality training together to strengthen sales-team and learner performance.
