At Shaqra University, I managed end-to-end IT lab operations, keeping high uptime for concurrent users through network hardware optimization and preventative maintenance. I administered subject registration systems and streamlined student verification workflows to increase enrollment efficiency.

I also diagnosed and resolved critical IT hardware and software issues for faculty and staff, improving reliability across multiple departments. On the data side, I handled time-sensitive data entry, reviewed records for deficiencies or errors, and generated reports with proper storage and backup operations.
