I’m a Remote Health and Wellness Community Manager and Health Writer, grounded in Mass Communication and focused on building engaged audiences around health topics. I turn clinical information into storytelling people can actually understand and trust.

As the Founder of Inside Health Voices, I built a multi-platform content and community operation (LinkedIn and Substack), publishing consistently since 2024. I designed the IVR Method—Identify, Validate, Reconnect—to structure engagement across every piece of content and community interaction.

I’ve authored and published three long-form health storytelling episodes based on peer-reviewed WHO data, translating it into plain language. I also launched BodyWhispers, a faceless video channel where I manage scripting, footage sourcing, and voiceover recording across a production slate.
