Mariah Sikes

I am a dedicated healthcare professional with extensive experience in mental and behavioral health, as well as in providing care for the elderly. My journey began with my certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), which I completed in 2016. Since then, I have worked in various healthcare settings, where I have honed my skills in patient care and developed a deep understanding of the needs of individuals facing health challenges.

At SMMHC in Farmington, I took care of individuals struggling with mental health conditions, ensuring they received the support they needed to navigate their daily lives. My role involved creating and implementing care plans tailored to each individual's needs. Additionally, my experience at NHC and Crystal Oaks involved assisting elderly patients with their daily activities, promoting their independence and physical health through personalized care and exercises. I pride myself on my ability to connect with patients and provide compassionate support during their most vulnerable moments.
