I am an experienced, reliable, and deeply compassionate Behavioral Health Technician and Certified Nursing Assistant with over 25 years of combined experience in behavioral health, addiction recovery, and direct patient care.

With 18 years of personal sobriety, I bring a unique, empathetic perspective to client care and use lived experience to build rapport and trust in recovery work.

As a Behavioral Health Technician I provided round-the-clock care and supervision in a residential detox and rehabilitation facility, led and supported recovery groups, monitored and documented clients’ behaviors and emotional well-being, and assisted clinical teams with care coordination.

As a Certified Nursing Assistant I delivered compassionate nursing care across hospital, long-term care, and rehabilitation settings, supported patients with dual diagnoses, took vital signs, assisted with mobility, and maintained accurate patient documentation. I hold CNA licensure in the State of Nevada and current CPR/First Aid certifications.

I excel in crisis de-escalation, trauma-informed care, group facilitation, clinical documentation and EMR systems, and collaborative teamwork. I am available to start immediately and am open to all shifts, including weekends, holidays, and overtime.
