At NOVAFORGE CONSULTING PARTNERS LLC, I support FEMA Public Assistance and grants management projects, including RFR preparation, Work Completed reconciliation, and financial analysis. I review contracts, invoices, payments, procurement records, and supporting documentation for eligibility, accuracy, and compliance.
At FEMA, I managed grants activities across the lifecycle, from financial reviews and risk assessments to monitoring and closeout preparation. I led Validate As You Go transaction validation and remediation, including a FY2020 transaction totaling $22.9 million and RFIs for transactions totaling $81.9 million.
Earlier at FEMA, I provided financial management and oversight for the Disaster Relief Fund Spend Plan, analyzing burn rates, projections, expenditures, and variances. My work has also included supporting controls and closeout for more than $32 billion in eligible Public Assistance and Hazard Mitigation funding associated with Hurricanes Irma and Maria.
