I am a seasoned federal program analyst and grants manager with extensive experience overseeing discretionary transportation and rail financial assistance programs. I have served as a Contracting Officer Representative and led quality assurance, SOP development, audit tracking, and procurement process improvements.

At the U.S. Department of Transportation I managed the SMART discretionary transportation portfolio, assisted in awarding over $94 million across 59 projects, and coordinated across multiple modal agencies to advance smart community transportation technologies. I routinely analyzed complex financial and administrative issues to ensure compliance with 2 CFR Part 200 and the FAR.

In roles across the Federal Railroad Administration, EPA, DLA, and CFPB I conducted program and financial reviews, managed contracts and grants through the full lifecycle, and prepared high-level briefings and policy guidance for leadership.
