Maria Camila Aragón León
@mariacamilaaragnlen
Judicial Law Clerk skilled in constitutional litigation, research, and high-volume judicial drafting for timely, well-reasoned decisions.
What I'm looking for
I’m a Judicial Law Clerk working in the 5th Court for Small Claims and Multiple Jurisdiction Matters, where I serve as the primary drafter for 100% of the Court’s constitutional docket. I prepare tutela judgments, compliance incidents, and constitutional orders for judicial signature, ensuring each decision is grounded in constitutional and procedural law.
Across a high-volume workflow, I draft approximately 60 judicial decisions per month. I’m responsible for maintaining consistency and accuracy under pressure, including in small-claims and multiple-jurisdiction matters where timely resolution and rigorous legal reasoning are essential.
My day-to-day work is anchored in in-depth legal research and case file analysis. I support well-reasoned rulings by reviewing records carefully, identifying the applicable legal framework, and strengthening the structure and clarity of judicial drafting.
Before this role, I worked as a Judicial Assistant/Court Clerk at the 34th Civil Municipal Court, managing high-volume court notifications, email communications, and archiving tasks while supporting judges through drafting and legal research. Earlier, as a Legal Assistant for the Superior Court of Cali’s Civil Chamber and at Acción Legal Servicios Jurídicos Integrales, I supported tutela actions, appeals, and damages matters—preparing procedural submissions and conducting document review to support consistent decisions.
