Owns Parts and Warranty within Service Hub, a web-based automotive aftersales SaaS platform, leading development from 0 to 1 including OEM integrations and pricing models. Leads product teams across the UK, Poland, Canada, and India, and designed and shipped a live LLM feature for warranty claims.

Owned watchlists and built screening capabilities across tradable and non-tradable instruments, and managed options trading across multiple platforms. Led discovery, delivery, and launch of the SaxoInvestor mobile app, improving trading workflows and reducing trade rejections.

Built a remote-first working culture and improved release processes, test automation, and collaboration across multiple countries. Grew the development team in Poland from 10 to 40 developers and expanded from one to six cross-functional teams.

Helped Fraud Prevention teams improve delivery of internal banking software using Scrum and Kanban, and supported the bank-wide SAFe rollout.

Led product teams delivering a SaaS platform for B2B insurance brokerage, owning product vision, strategy, roadmap, and market positioning.
