At Carolina Kidney Care, I manage patients with chronic kidney disease and end-stage renal disease on dialysis. I develop individualized dialysis treatment plans with nephrologists and manage complications including anemia, electrolyte imbalances, acid-base imbalances, and secondary hyperparathyroidism.
I bring prior pulmonary and sleep medicine experience from Pinehurst Medical Clinic, where I completed assessments, established plans of care, prescribed medications, and ordered diagnostic testing including polysomnograms, pulmonary function testing, and imaging studies.
My clinical foundation includes intensive care nursing at Cape Fear Valley Medical Center, where I managed critical drips, ventilator-related care, invasive lines, chest tubes, CRRT, balloon pumps, and therapeutic hypothermia. I also served as a resource and charge nurse, supporting staffing, audits, bed assignments, transfers, and new-nurse precepting.
I'm a North Carolina-licensed Family Nurse Practitioner with ACLS and BLS certification, experienced in Epic, ProviderHub, OneView, and telehealth visits.
