I’m an Industrial Engineer with 8+ years of experience in operations, data analysis, and continuous process improvement in technology and marketplace environments. I co-lead product tool development with Technology and Product teams to solve business problems through scalable solutions.
In my current role as Performance Operations Regional Manager, I coordinate cross-functional implementation work (including modifying key systems across app, inventory management, and order preparation). I define data architecture and KPIs for the vertical, and I drive automation for reporting and operational decision-making.
Previously, as a Performance Operations Regional Specialist, I built a Python-based tool for automated cyclic counts using prioritization logic, and I led multidisciplinary improvement projects across operations, technology, and product. Before that, I managed production indicators and led Six Sigma improvement initiatives, strengthening my focus on Lean process design and measurable outcomes.
