What I'm looking for

I’m looking for international, multicultural work where I can use my English and French, support customers directly, and bring strong organization and communication. I want roles that value smooth service, teamwork, and language-driven interaction.

I’m a recent graduate in Foreign Languages and Cultures (Business and Cultures) at the University of Urbino Carlo Bo, with strong language skills in English (C1) and French (B2). I also built knowledge around business administration, marketing, and tourism, and I’m eager to apply my communication strengths in international settings.

In hospitality roles, I provided fast and efficient customer service during concerts and high-attendance events, prepared dining areas, and supported smooth end-of-service procedures. I also completed an internship at Urbino Incoming where I handled customer phone inquiries, provided travel information, managed bookings and reservations, and translated the company website into English—so I can combine language, organization, and problem-solving to support multicultural customers.
