At Youngone Corporation, I partner with leaders to support people strategy and HR operations for approximately 1,900 employees, leading workforce planning, high-volume recruitment, employee relations, succession planning, and engagement initiatives. I created an Employee Recognition Program and deliver leadership, emotional intelligence, values, and people-development training to more than 100 employees and leaders.
Across Grupo VIVA, Applaudo Studios, Dale Carnegie, and Avianca, I've strengthened retention, built leadership capability, coached high-potential employees, supported system implementations, and facilitated learning for multicultural teams. I helped reduce attrition to nearly 0% within a 409-person BPO population and was recognized by Avianca as Best Trainer in the Americas in 2017.
