I've led high-end residential projects at RGM Gerencia y Construcción SAC, coordinating development, construction, completion, handover, and post-handover services.
I supervise architectural works, building systems, and finishes while coordinating structural, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, gas, lighting, home automation, audio, security, and communications systems. I resolve conflicts between design, technical requirements, and site conditions through detailed coordination with designers, contractors, suppliers, and site managers.
At Arte Express y Compañía SAC, I developed and managed rehabilitation, heritage enhancement, remodeling, and adaptive reuse projects for historic buildings in Lima’s Historic Centre, including Belén, Casa Junín, and the former Compañía Peruana de Teléfonos building.
My work also includes restoration documentation for the San Miguel de Mamara Church and the Cathedral of Ica, as well as residential interior design, quality control, and after-sales coordination. I bring architectural detailing and technical problem-solving from early development through final delivery.
