At Lifeguard Home Health and Hospice, I obtain and maintain accounts, generate referrals, present services to physician offices and case managers, and help grow business strategies, recruit staff, and retain teams.

My clinical work includes patient assessments, medication management, vital signs, patient education, wound care, blood draws, lab procurement, care coordination, and reporting changes in condition to physicians.

I've also led clinical and non-clinical teams around patient-centered goals, troubleshooting challenges to keep team flow cohesive and patient care the priority.
