I am Manuel António Gaspar, an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and marketing. Over the past 6 years, I have worked as a self-employed IT technician, providing technical assistance to individuals and businesses. During this time, I have honed my skills in hardware troubleshooting and software installation.

In addition to my technical expertise, I have also gained valuable experience in marketing and digital media. I spent 2 years working at Draw Angola, where I was responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote the company's products and services. I also assisted with IT-related tasks, such as managing the company's website and social media accounts.

Furthermore, I have a strong background in design. I worked at Cyber Lobs for 3 years, where I served as both a designer and a manager. In this role, I created visually appealing graphics and layouts for various projects, including websites, advertisements, and promotional materials. I also managed a team of designers, ensuring that projects were completed on time and to the client's satisfaction.
