I'm looking to help organizations navigate African regulatory change, shape market-entry strategy, and turn policy intelligence into informed decisions across emerging technology and digital financial services.

I've built regulatory intelligence across every Sub-Saharan African jurisdiction at Africa Bitcoin Institute and produced comparative market-entry analysis for Bilby across Nigeria, Kenya, Tanzania, the Democratic Republic of Congo, and Seychelles. My work translates legislation, institutional behavior, licensing requirements, and policy risks into practical executive briefings and strategic decisions.

I've also built Nigeria's largest university-based Bitcoin ecosystem across 16 universities and 11 states through iPAYBTC, while leading the global mapping of African Bitcoin scholarship with MIT. As a lawyer and policy researcher, I bring legal analysis, stakeholder engagement, and ecosystem-building experience to Africa's evolving innovation economy.
