At Firmus Advisory, I designed and implemented a data protection and privacy policy framework anchored in the NDPA 2023. I also advised clients on GDPR-aligned compliance and cross-border data transfer risks.
I drafted, reviewed, and negotiated commercial contracts, coordinated board governance activities, and authored legal and compliance articles that generated over $5,000 in new business revenue. I also delivered webinars and training for entrepreneurs on business registration, data privacy, and intellectual property.
Earlier, at Principles Law Partnership, I researched and drafted court processes, including an initial evaluation for Shell Petroleum Development Company (SPDC) that formed the basis for a successful appeal. As a Global Shapers Community member, I contribute to projects aimed at achieving the Sustainable Development Goals in Port Harcourt and beyond.
