What I'm looking for

I seek roles blending clinical implant dentistry, medical education and healthcare business leadership where I can scale training programs and optimize clinic operations.

I am a dedicated dentist and implantologist with strong clinical training from Kabul University of Medical Sciences and hands-on experience in implant surgery, CBCT planning, prosthodontics and oral surgery. I combine clinical practice with teaching and curriculum development.

As Founder and Dean of the Implant Dentistry (Up Skill) Academy I have trained over 1,500 dentists in advanced implantology through free theoretical lectures and affordable practical training, and I led the academy's practical programs and global outreach.

I work clinically as a general dentist and implantologist at Hamdard Dental Clinic, where I also perform market research and manage social media to grow patient engagement and optimize clinic services. I serve as a university lecturer in dental surgery delivering virtual case-based teaching and mentorship.

I have leadership experience in USAID’s AHEAD project and in student representation, and I am completing a BBA to strengthen my business and strategic management skills to scale healthcare ventures and improve clinical operations.
