I’m an Assistant Deputy Manager in Risk & Compliance with a strong track record of leading compliance initiatives and internal audits aligned to global regulatory standards. I focus on strengthening control environments, improving governance, and ensuring teams are always audit-ready.

In my current role at Mahendra Nextwhealth IT India Pvt. Ltd., I lead risk and compliance functions and ensure certification readiness across ISO 9001:2015, ISO/IEC 27001:2022, ISO 42001:2023 (AIMS), as well as HIPAA, PCI DSS, SOC 2, and TISAX (VDA ISA). I conduct risk assessments, manage internal audits, develop policies, drive compliance reporting, and deliver compliance awareness programs to support control implementation.

Previously, I led Learning & Development programs at Mahendra Nextwhealth and Jumio India Pvt. Ltd., including centralized onboarding and cross-training, training documentation, evaluation metrics, and outcome tracking with operations and QA teams. Earlier, as a Senior Process Trainer, I helped establish training functions for new sites in Colombia and Salem, Tamil Nadu—designing and delivering programs and ensuring teams could run independently through knowledge transfer and quality checks.

My professional ethos is practical compliance leadership: translate standards into usable processes, ensure evidence quality through CAPA and document control discipline, and build awareness that sticks. I’m now focused on applying my combined risk/compliance and enablement strengths to protect organizational integrity and deliver effective risk management.
