I have led initiatives that reduced cloud costs by $10M+ through idle resource termination, rightsizing, auto-scheduling, reservations and tag-based automation, and achieved 30–40% savings via Savings Plans and Reserved Instance optimization.

I built an in-house FinOps dashboard using AWS CUR, Athena, Glue and QuickSight (CUDOS) to replace third-party tooling, delivered real-time Grafana dashboards, automated tagging compliance and lifecycle remediation, and produced recurring cost reports for Finance and Engineering.
