Audit:

 Responsibility over the statutory audit of Non-Banking Financial Company(NBFC) and its subsidiaries.

 Management & responsibility over the Statutory and Internal Audit of various entities.

 Overlooking the work of various audit teams to ensure day to day work & provide advises

where necessary.

Accounting And Advisory Service:

 Management & responsibility over the books of account of various entities.

 Review of the Profit & Loss and the State of affairs on a continuing basis to see no material

risks are carried. Ensuring a fair P&L and Balance sheet.

 Presentation of the financials for review by the finance directors during the quarterly

meetings.

 Preparation & finalization of the Ind-AS financials for Statutory & Tax reporting requirements.

 Being a Single point of contact for the Statutory, Tax & Internal auditors. Ensuring smooth &

timely completion of audits.

 Preparation & submission of MIS reports with detailed analysis of the variances, movements

and balances.

 Represented clients for Income Tax and Goods and Service Tax assessments, refund claims &

other statutory requirements.

 Responsible for the company secretarial work & other compliance requirements of MCA.

 Involvement in implementation of the new ERP system for clients.

 Worked on CMA projection & feasibility reports.

 Conducted Due Diligence on behalf of clients.

Key Achievements:

 Played a key role in planning and completing the statutory audit and assurance function for a

group company consisting of 50+ subsidiaries and associates in time which was well

appreciated.

 Significant contributions to the knowledge sharing initiatives. Provided trainings on the Ind-

AS, Income Tax Act & Goods and Service Tax which was well appreciated.

 Successfully played the role of a Single point of contact, in the absence of the regional CFO.
