Manjita Pandey

I am a dedicated Geomatics Engineer and Project Manager with a strong focus on utilizing spatial data for informed decision-making and analysis. My journey in this field began with a Bachelor in Geomatics Engineering from Tribhuvan University, where I honed my skills in Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Remote Sensing, and Spatial Analysis. I am particularly passionate about applying my knowledge to areas such as Disaster Management and Sustainable Urban Development, striving to make a positive impact through data-driven solutions.

Currently, I serve as a Project Manager at Naxa, where I have successfully implemented over seven projects aimed at disaster risk reduction. My role involves meticulous project planning, stakeholder engagement, and ensuring that project objectives align with community needs. Prior to this, I gained valuable experience as a GIS Intern, where I contributed to the digitization of critical infrastructure for disaster risk assessment. My technical proficiency in tools like QGIS and ArcGIS, combined with my strong communication and organizational skills, empowers me to lead projects effectively and collaborate with diverse teams.
