What I'm looking for

I’m seeking to contribute my food and beverage expertise in a luxury or international hospitality environment, delivering exceptional service, improving operational efficiency, and enhancing the guest experience.

At HOTEL WEST END, I completed Industrial Exposure Training as an Intern in Food & Beverage. I delivered gueridon and wine service, including table-side dish presentation and wine pairing recommendations.

I assisted with engagement and corporate events, as well as lunch and dinner service, and performed live flambéing. I contributed to successful banquet events and received a recommendation letter from the hotel director for my performance and dedication.

At college, I planned the menu for the ‘Realia’ entrepreneurship activity, which generated Rs.3085. I also helped with community service as a core committee member of the college SDG group.
