What I'm looking for

I’m looking to transition fully into digital marketing—helping businesses achieve measurable growth through strategic and creative marketing initiatives, using my experience in data-driven decisions, coordination, and client handling in fast-paced environments.

I’ve spent the last four years leading U.S. tax filing and payment operations at Whitehat Engineering Inc., where I handled accuracy and compliance across multiple tax types and states. I managed daily team operations—delegating tasks, monitoring performance, onboarding, and training—while working with U.S.-based clients and stakeholders to resolve issues and maintain strong relationships.

Now I’m moving into digital marketing. I combine data-driven decision-making and clear communication with tools like Canva, Capcut, and AI tools, and I’ve also worked as a cloudfactory audio transcriber converting U.S. emergency radio audio into timely mobile app news updates.
