In my Data & Reporting Analyst role at Virtusa, I developed 60+ SQL validation checks and automated recurring reports through SQL query optimisation and ETL using SSIS. I improved reporting efficiency by 65%, and I built Excel dashboards that helped non-technical stakeholders prioritise actions using migration KPIs and escalation status.

I also focused on data quality and root-cause analysis, running 150+ investigations into data discrepancies and communicating findings clearly to non-technical teams.
