At Tata Consultancy Services, I build and enhance Java and Spring Boot REST APIs for ICICI InstaBIZ, supporting payment processing, merchant settlement, fund transfers, and transaction tracking.
I design modular microservices components and event-driven workflows with Apache Kafka, including polling and retry mechanisms for delayed payment acknowledgements. I also use Redis caching to reduce database calls and AES encryption/decryption to protect sensitive API keys and request payloads.
Previously at Wipro, I developed scalable enterprise banking microservices using Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, MySQL, Oracle, Hibernate, and Spring Security. I built Kafka producers and consumers, improved API performance through caching and query optimization, and implemented JWT-based authentication and authorization.
I enjoy troubleshooting critical production workflows, finding root causes, and delivering permanent backend fixes through structured logging, centralized exception handling, and secure API design.
