At Ghana Ports and Harbours Authority, I supported computer hardware, software, and peripheral devices during my IT internship. I installed and maintained Windows operating systems and business applications.
I also diagnosed network connectivity and system performance issues, and assisted with LAN infrastructure and shared network resources. In a later IT internship there, I maintained IT asset records and assisted users with Microsoft Office and email configuration.
Most recently, I worked as an Operations Monitoring Officer (National Service), monitoring vessel activity and assisting with cargo tracking and operational records. I’m completing a BSc in Computer Science at Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, building on my IT education and experience.
