At Tech AI, I built and productionized Ask PB Bot, an enterprise knowledge assistant that draws on approved SharePoint, Workday, and Freshservice sources to return grounded answers with numbered citations. I established RAGAS evaluation for the assistant, which achieved 0.98 faithfulness and 0.96 context recall in pre-release evaluation.
I also led delivery of Tag Quest, an image-driven field inspection application using Gemini-assisted processing and enterprise workflows. I strengthened its authentication and deployment controls, and reduced startup time from 26 to 6 seconds.
At Centrepoint Soft Tech, I developed Python services and NLP and machine-learning workflows, and created ETL and analytics workflows using AWS services, PySpark, and SQL. I hold a Microsoft Azure AI Certification and a Master of Science in Information Technology.
