At Nokia solution Ltd, I work as a Configuration Management Engineer, monitoring CIENA and Nokia PSS and handling fault notifications and restoration. I update HPSM records as fiber-cut and fiber PE tickets are addressed.

I handle network links including CIENA DCI, Googel, ICD, NLD, NOKIA PSS, and ECI. I follow up with circle teams on high span losses, escalate faults beyond predefined SLAs, and provide PE go-ahead to fiber teams based on network conditions.

At Vedang for Vodafone Idea India Ltd, I worked as a Transmission Network engineer in the Mumbai region. I worked with router, switch, transmission, and optical fiber equipment, including Cisco, Nokia, and Juniper routers, Ciena, Huawei X8 and X16, DWDM, RTN, and JDSU OTDR testers.

My earlier work included GPON active network installation and commissioning on a Nokia project at HTIS Telecom PVT. I also worked as a project Coordinator on SBC VoLTE and GPON projects, installing and commissioning servers, and as a Network & Transmission Planning engineer for VODAFONE INDIA LTD MUMBAI, supporting microwave ring closure and 2G, 3G, and 4G traffic shifting.
