At Mphasis Ltd., I support and monitor approximately 200 servers, troubleshoot infrastructure issues, and help maintain service availability and system stability.
I support Windows Server and VMware environments, monitor alerts with SolarWinds and New Relic, and migrate virtual machines using vMotion and Storage vMotion. I also restore virtual machines, files, and folders using Cohesity.
In my current Batch Job Monitoring & DataStage Operations project, I monitor scheduled jobs using AutoSys and import DataStage jobs into target environments. My work also includes ServiceNow incident tracking, DNS record management, and supporting incident, problem, and change management procedures.
