I’m looking for a role where I can own end-to-end procurement and vendor performance, drive cost optimization and process improvements, and partner cross-functionally to deliver compliant, high-quality outcomes with measurable business impact.

I’m an experienced operations professional with 14+ years across strategic sourcing and procurement, vendor management, contract negotiations, and life insurance operations. I manage end-to-end procurement cycles and deliver measurable savings while ensuring compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

In my current role as Assistant Manager – Sourcing & Procurement at WNS Global Services, I lead end-to-end Vendor Lifecycle Management—onboarding, performance tracking, compliance, and exit management. I manage global buyer desk operations, strengthen supplier relationships through KPI/SLA performance reviews, and use spend analysis to optimize procurement budgets and procurement decisions.
