I've tested mortgage lending applications for RBS and NatWest at Tata Consultancy Services, validating mortgage workflows, customer onboarding, and releases through functional, regression, integration, system, and UAT testing.
Previously, I led manual QA across CRM, real estate, mobile, and web products at MindLogic Solutions, working directly with international clients through requirements clarification and UAT sign-off. At BMC Software, I tested BladeLogic server patching for Bank of America, including SQL validation across Windows and Linux environments.
