What I'm looking for

I’m looking to keep owning manual and functional testing in Agile teams—planning test coverage, running UAT and triage, and using SQL data checks to improve release readiness and quality.

At Tata Consultancy Services (Client: BSNL), I developed and executed test plans, test cases, and test scenarios for GUI and KPI workflows, covering manual, functional, integration, and sanity testing end-to-end before release. I document and track defects in JIRA, coordinate UAT test case preparation and business-user UAT calls for patch upgrades and releases, and verify fixes prior to sign-off.

I use Microsoft SQL Server for SQL-based data validation to support root-cause analysis, and I help drive requirement reviews with feedback on testability. By streamlining test case documentation and defect reporting, I improved team productivity and helped reduce customer-reported issues.
