What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can support cross-border corporate transactions and regulatory compliance, while handling disputes and advising clients clearly and ethically. I want to grow in responsibilities that combine legal drafting, due diligence, and client-focused outcomes.

I’m an admitted attorney and financial services professional with over four years’ experience across corporate and commercial law, dispute resolution, and wealth advisory. I focus on translating complex legal and regulatory frameworks into actionable guidance that supports business objectives and client outcomes.

At Webber Wentzel, I advised multinational and local clients on corporate restructuring, securities regulation, and equity capital markets transactions, including company secretarial matters. I drafted and reviewed commercial agreements, produced due diligence reports, and supported cross-border work through prospectuses, circulars, JSE listing checklists, submission letters, and SENS announcements—while monitoring regulatory developments across multiple sectors.

Now as an Associate Attorney at Mathonsi-Maluleke Attorneys, I represent clients in CCMA labour disputes and manage personal injury claims, including legislative and case law research to strengthen arguments. I also bring hands-on advisory experience from Liberty Group South Africa, where I delivered tailored financial planning, insurance, and investment solutions, backed by structured training and a strong ethical practice.
